The library provides many services to its patrons. The library's website includes Search @ UW which searches for a variety of resources within the entire UW System. It also has 100 subscription databases that contain millions of articles availble freely for students and staff. The UWMC Library staff is here to help you navigate these resources to find the materials you need.
Materials not held by the library may be borrowed from other UW libraries through interlibrary loan. Materials usually arrive within one week. Loan periods vary depending on the owning library. You can place a request for an item through this Interlibrary Loan Request Form or please ask a librarian for any assistance.
CourseCasting is a way to take the lecture with you wherever you go. Based on Podcasting technology, you have the ability to listen to lectures or supplemental material from participating courses. Students will find UWC CourseCasting a complement to their studies and the community is also invited to listen and learn with us. In addition to classroom recordings, UWC CourseCasting also features recordings of campus activities such as poetry readings, lecture series, special topics etc. View a listing of UWMC CourseCasts at the UWMC CourseCasting webpage.
