Description

Bhutan, a small country between India and China, ranges from the foothills of the Himalayas in the south to the mountains in the north. Three-quarters of the country is virgin wilderness. In November of 2011, Rick Lohr traveled to Bhutan with the International Crane Foundation. The group attended a Black-Necked Crane Festival as well as a guided tour of the country. Join us on Oct 6th to learn more about this interesting country, dine on Bhutanese style meal and learn more about this rare and unique bird!
