What are Compressed Video Classes?

In compressed video classes, the student and instructor communicate with each other using equipment that provides two-way sound and video. Although these classes meet at regular times, just like traditional class, the student may also be required to communicate with the instructor using e-mail and access web-based resources for completing homework assignments, individual and group projects, etc.
