- Submitting this form is the first step in making a room reservation.
- Once this form is submitted, your request will be forwarded to the room reservations office on campus and someone from that office will contact you as soon as possible.
- You will be contacted if there are any questions, and you will receive a confirmation contract by e-mail.
- If you have not heard from our office within one week, please call 715-261-6294 to discuss your request with someone in the room reservations office.
- UWMC charges modest room & equipment usage fees for all services provided. Please see our usage and fee schedule. These fees will be outlined on the Confirmation Contract.
